Permanent Filling Materials

The requirements for modern materials for permanent fillings are even more stringent. Such filling materials should:

• differ in strength, be resistant to wear and mechanical stress;

• Do not deform upon hardening or thermal expansion;
• reliably adhere to the “native” tooth tissues;
